Job Title: Community RN

Reports To: Trendline Consulting CEO

Position Summary:

A part-time RN will be an integral part of our intervention team as we strive to help a few consumers live healthier lives and become more independent. The RN will partner with consumers, legal guardians, House Managers, Behavior Analysts, RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians), and Direct Support Personnel in making and monitoring intervention plans and efforts.

This is a unique position that is ideal for someone who is looking to pick up a few extra hours per month of work, needs a very flexible schedule, or wants to collaborate with innovative teams in community settings. It is a low stress and highly rewarding role.

Essential Functions:

• Measure and document consumer vitals monthly.
• Train team members in consumer-specific medical procedures.
• Assist consumers and/or team members in organizing medications.
• Actively contribute to team meetings as appropriate.
• Review and document staff completion of MARS.
• Communicate with local pharmacies when appropriate.
• Administer yearly assessment of health functioning.
• Write brief monthly report to document all health and medication-related findings.
• Model ethical and respectful behavior toward team members and consumers at all times.
• Live out the agency's motto of "Science. Service. Success."

Expected Hours of Work

• 1-2 hours weekly.
• Scheduling is flexible, and tasks can be completed at the convenience of the RN.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Missouri.
• Familiarity with Missouri DMH nursing processes or willing to learn (paid time).
• Excellent Communication Skills and Professional Demeanor.
• Passion for Helping Others.
• Good Organizational Skills.

Compensation:

• $45.00-$50.00 / hr (depending on relevant past experience).
• Performance Bonus of $100.00 with Positive Employee Reviews at 6 Months and 12 Months.
